Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Delivery charges vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, so you can see the exact amount before confirming your purchase. We offer multiple shipping options to suit your needs and budget

Delivery times depend on your location and the chosen shipping method. Typically, domestic orders are delivered within 3-7 business days, while international shipments may take between 7-21 business days. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout.

Once you place your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. We then process and prepare your items for shipment. You will also receive a shipping notification with a tracking number once your order is dispatched, so you can monitor its progress until it reaches you

Yes, an invoice will be included in your order confirmation email and also available as a digital receipt in your account dashboard (if applicable). If you require a hard copy invoice, please contact our customer service, and we will gladly provide it.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

When the order payment is taken of my bank account?

Your payment is processed and deducted at the time of checkout when you complete your purchase. Once you confirm your order and choose a payment method, the transaction is authorized immediately. If your payment is successful, you'll receive a confirmation email, and your order will be prepared for shipment.

A wishlist is a personal list of products you are interested in but do not wish to purchase immediately. You can add items to your wishlist for future reference, making it easier to find and purchase those products later. It's a helpful feature to keep track of your favorite models and kits.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receipt. Provide your order number and photos of the product if possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement, repair, or refund.

Orders can be changed or canceled within a certain timeframe after placing them—typically before they are processed for shipment. To make changes or cancellations, please contact our customer support as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, modifications might no longer be possible.

"Package tracking" allows you to monitor the status and location of your shipment in real-time. After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number that you can use on our website or the courier’s tracking platform to see updates on your package’s journey from our warehouse to your address.
